VFW Posts across eastern and central Washington are supporting
displaced residents, veterans, families, and local emergency-response
efforts.
VFW Posts have opened their doors to displaced residents.
Spokane-area members are helping operate a food booth at the
fairgrounds in support of the American Red Cross.
Deer Park Post 3067 has opened a field where evacuees can bring RVs
and trailers.
Communities currently affected:
Spokane, Airway Heights, Deer Park, Yakima, Wenatchee, and Leavenworth.
