Quartermaster of the Year

The Quartermaster of the Year award recognizes Post and District Quartermasters who demonstrate consistent service to their Post or District, veterans, and their families, and who contribute meaningfully to advancing the goals of the organization.

Nominate a Quartermaster

Nomination Criteria

  • The nominee must be a current Post or District Quartermaster.
  • Any Post member may submit a nomination.
  • A written nomination narrative is required, with a maximum length of two pages.
  • Recruiting activity may be considered.
  • The award is presented at the June Convention Banquet.

Judging cutoff:

Judging Considerations

Include specific accomplishments and outcomes tied directly to the nominee’s Quartermaster responsibilities.

Audit readiness, bonding, IRS Form 990 filings, Secretary of State filings, and District Inspection findings related to Quartermaster duties may affect judging.
