State Convention: June 17–21 – Wenatchee, WA
The State Convention draws VFW leadership, Auxiliary leadership, delegates, members, families, and community partners from across Washington. It is part of a statewide organization serving nearly 22,000 members.
Tentative Vendor Agenda
There are multiple sponsorship types. The suggested schedule below is primarily intended for Vendor Table sponsors.
Suggested vendor presence windows
Wednesday – June 17
- Evening setup is expected to be available around the Council Meeting.
Thursday – June 18
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Registration and delegate check-in occur throughout the day, with training sessions and meetings running at the same time.
This tends to be a steady traffic day as people arrive and move between sessions.
Friday – June 19
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Registration remains open in the morning and convention business sessions run throughout the day.
There is also a break mid-morning that usually brings people into the hallway areas.
Saturday – June 20
- 8:00 AM – around noon
- Registration and the start of the final business session take place in the morning.
