105th VFW Washington State Convention – Yakima, WA

The time is upon us to prepare for the 105th VFW Department of Washington State Convention, taking place June 25–29, 2025,

at the Yakima Convention Center in Yakima, WA.

* Hotel and Banquet Reservations open on April 1, 2025. 

Banquet Meal Reservation 

* The deadline to reserve your hotel room is June 2, 2025.

A credit card is required at the time of booking for payment and incidentals.

Post members, delegates and alternants should reserve rooms at the Ledgestone Hotel. Hotel Flyer Post

Auxiliary members should reserve rooms at the Holiday Inn, located across the street from the Convention Center.

* Please note that rooms for elected and appointed officers who are authorized have already been reserved. *

The deadline for banquet reservations is May 30, 2025. Please use the Banquet Reservation Form linked below to submit your request. Group seating is not guaranteed. All ticket sales are final. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval from the State Quartermaster.
