Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Why are there two separate registrations?
Step 1 establishes voting eligibility at the Post level. Step 2 issues official delegate credentials at the individual level.
What happens if Step 2 is completed before Step 1?
The registration will be cancelled. Step 1 must be received and approved first.
What if someone completes Step 2 but was not elected?
The registration will be rejected. Delegates must be elected and listed in Step 1.
How do delegates receive the Step 2 link?
After Step 1 is completed and the delegate list is approved, the Department will email each elected delegate the credential registration link.
Do I need to book the hotel separately?
Yes. Hotel reservations are separate from delegate registration, banquet reservations, and any convention attendance fees. The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel room block is sold out, and the Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee room block is also sold out.
The Department sends the credential registration link directly to each elected delegate after the delegate list is approved. Delegates should use that email link to complete Step 2.
